What we Aim to Breed
We are aiming to breed horses with  ability, conformation & bloodlines to make an excellent show/competition horse combined with the excellent temperament to make fantastic all rounders that would suit the majority of people & family share.

It is our aim to breed compact animals with nice quality heads a good shoulder and length of rein combined with a lovely natural top line.  We like a good depth and width of body, powerful quarters with a good walk and straight ground covering paces.

Welsh Part Bred & Part Bred Arab.
All the stock by our  stallion "Blaenllain Doodleba" will be eligable for  registration, and our stock will registered as Part bred Arab & Welsh Part Bred. Even as youngsters they will have the opportunity to compete in quite a number of classes at each show, including PBA, WPB, SHP, Riding horse breeding/ Pony breeding classes.

The mares
The mare's that we use are all carefully selected for thier  excellent temperament's as well as very good straight movement, correct conformation and good jumping ability.
 
A large amount of the time I spend working with the horses on my own, we also have the help from our family friend Vernon who is now a pensioner. So a laid back excellent temperament, trainability and good manners is of the most importance.

One Horse & family share
We feel that keeping & competing horses can be very expensive so we wanted to breed horses that we could do many things with, with the percentage of Welsh & Arab blood we are breeding stock that both my sister Tina and I can enjoy. Tina enjoys the in hand side while I enjoy showing under saddle, show jumping, working hunter, eventing etc. We both also enjoy doing 10 to 20 mile social rides through mountains & forestry..  

Even if we only had the one horse, from foal to ridden there would be plenty for us both to do with it.
